Mom and I only spent 3 hours in line!!! We had a GREAT time visiting with other attendees. My mom met an elderly woman who had two Harvey Dunn paintings. Turns out Dunn was a friend of her family’s. He used to come out and stay on the ranch in their guest house and paint.
Although the print wasn’t worth anything, my necklace is from the 1930s and worth its weight in gold – 150. I would never sell it anyway.
Two big highlights for me were getting the inside scoop on how the roadshow works and meeting the appraiser, Nicholas Lowry.
