Kinda excited about this vintage coat that I just found at VOA today. It’s a tad bit big, so I may need to practice altering it, but for $2.50 I guess I could even afford to pay someone else to do the work.

I have a black one in the same style that I found at a Goodwill in Brookings when I was a college student. I love that coat! So when I saw this one, I just had to pick it up. I’ll post a blog about how the alterations go once I’m finished.

There is just something about a cup of tea that makes this long, long winter bearable! This winter as one of my New Year’s resolutions I tried to quit drinking so much coffee, the result-I drink about 4 cups of tea each day – peppermint, constant comment, and my favorite, a Downton Abby blend that my neighbor gave me as a Christmas gift. Cheers to spring!
